Photo Text Editor provides AI-powered tools for editing text on images, including text recognition, modification, and removal. Our service also offers background removal and object removal capabilities powered by WaveSpeed AI technology.
Credits-Based System
Our service uses a credits-based system. Each operation such as text editing, background removal, or object removal requires a certain number of credits. Credits can be purchased in various packages or obtained through free trial offers.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary service disruptions.
3. User Accounts
Account requirements and responsibilities
Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in account termination.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your credentials.
One Account Per Person

You may not upload images containing illegal content, including but not limited to copyrighted material you do not have rights to, defamatory content, obscene or pornographic material, or content that violates any applicable law or regulation.
Do Not Attempt to Circumvent Credit System
You may not attempt to bypass, hack, or otherwise circumvent the credit system or any security measures. Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to credits, other accounts, or our systems may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.
Do Not Interfere with Service Operation
You may not interfere with, disrupt, or overload our service infrastructure. This includes but is not limited to distributing malware, attempting to crash our servers, or conducting any form of denial-of-service attack.
5. Credits and Payments
Purchasing and refund policies
Non-Refundable Purchases
Credits purchased are non-refundable unless you request a refund within 7 days of purchase and have not used any credits. After 7 days, or once credits have been used, all purchases are final.
Credits Never Expire
Purchased credits never expire. They remain in your account until you use them for image processing operations.
Prices in USD
All prices are listed in US Dollars. Local currency conversions are provided for convenience only. Final charges may vary due to currency exchange rates and processing fees.
6. Intellectual Property
Ownership of content
Your Images
You retain all rights to the images you upload to our service. We do not claim ownership of your images. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and edit any images you process through our service.
No Ownership Claims
We do not claim any ownership rights over images you upload or edit using our service. Your original images and edited outputs remain your property.
Generated Content
Content generated by our AI processing (such as text removal or background replacement) is subject to the same intellectual property rules. The processed output belongs to you, and you bear responsibility for how you use it.

Service limitations
Service Provided "As Is"
Our service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of our service.
No Warranty of Accuracy
While we strive to provide accurate text recognition and editing, we do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or that all text will be correctly identified or modified. The accuracy of AI processing depends on image quality and other factors outside our control.
User Responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing the results of any image editing before using, sharing, or publishing them. We are not liable for any consequences arising from your use of edited images.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability limitations
Maximum Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.
Exclusion of Consequential Damages
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.
Exceptions
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If such laws apply to you, some or all of these exclusions or limitations may not apply, and you may have additional rights.
